I love to motivate people to succeed at a high level and to achieve results that they may have once considered impossible. My enthusiastic and powerful leadership style is evident in the weight room and on the field as I work with groups and individuals to encourage them to strive for their best every day.
My programs are designed with three key principles in mind - being explosive, being conditioned and being aggressive. I strive to physically build each client from the ground up, while also influencing their mental preparation in a positive way. I firmly believe that people can control two things – their attitude and their effort – and I work diligently every day to get the most out of each client. I teach them the importance of showing up to work every day; ready to train and perform in adverse and uncomfortable situations.
My approach to motivating clients is simple. I lead by example with my passion for life and for increasing physical and mental strength through hard work. I highly value mental toughness and focus. I closely monitor my client’s conditioning levels and scan their performance under pressure and take that information back into the next workout to build on success and grow from failure.
I believe that training should be aggressive, yet smart. It’s important to me that my client perceives the weight room as a place of growth, both physically and mentally. I work hard to foster excitement about training in each client, so that they will look at the weight room as a successful place where they can be comfortable and be themselves, while pushing past limits personally and supporting each other as they train. I embody physical and mental toughness and am a positive influence on others seeking the same. My high energy levels and motivational style are uncommon and highly valuable assets to any individual or group.
